Terms and Conditions

As a member of Stiba, BZJ applies the general terms and conditions of Stiba. In addition, the following provisions apply:

• Parts may only be returned if they are in the same condition as when purchased.
• Electronic parts cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery.
• Custom-cut parts cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• BZJ is not liable for installation or removal costs.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
