BZJ Return Policy

At BZJ, you can register a return within 14 days of receiving a part via the digital return form.

Engine and gearbox exchanges can also be registered using this form.

Note: We only process returns when the digital return form has been completed.

Return conditions:

• Parts can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when purchased.
• Electronic parts cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery.
• Custom-cut parts cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs will not be reimbursed; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• BZJ is not liable for installation or removal costs.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Follow these steps to register your return:

1. Complete the digital return form.
2. Carefully package the part and include a copy of the invoice in the package.
3. Send the package to:

Registering engine or gearbox return (deposit refund)

1. Fill in the digital return form and select “deposit” as the return reason.
2. Ensure the engine or gearbox is complete, free of oil or other fluids, and ready for transport.

Our driver will collect the part when it is along the route.

Note: If the engine or gearbox is not complete, an amount will be deducted from the deposit.
